North Bucks Road Club Photo Galleries.
At the moment, there are three ways in which members can have their photographs on the website.
- You can email photographs with an associated descriptive text to Robert, and he'll add an article linked to this page. I can do this until we accumulate too many images.
- If you have galleries on Picasaweb that you'd like to share with the club, you can have them accessible directly from the Picasa Galleries menu item (it's under Gallery in the Main Menu). Robert will need some information from you: your Picasaweb username and the gallery name. I'll then set it up. The advantage of this option is that your image gallery is only constrained by the Picasaweb system. There is some element of integration with Google Maps if you've linked your photos to location.
- You can add images to joomgallery, again reached under the Gallery menu item in the Main menu. For reasons of disk space you're limited to 10 images, each of max file size 200kb. (I may adjust these numbers up depending on how many members start using this facility). Photographs can be commented on, and allocated to different categories. I think members can create categories.
